NFETE INC. Subscription, Purchase & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This Subscription Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to customers enrolled in NFETE INC.’s (“NFETE,” “we,” “us”) recurring nutricosmetic protocol. By enrolling, you agree to this Policy and to the NFETE Terms of Service, including its dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-action-waiver provisions, which are incorporated by reference.
Name and identity. The designations “NFETE,” “nfete,” and “nfête,” together with any variation in capitalization, spacing, styling, or diacritical marks, refer to one and the same legal entity, NFETE INC., and are used interchangeably. No such variation creates or implies any separate entity or legal person.
1. You Control Your Deliveries
If you enroll in our recurring protocol, you remain in full control of your future deliveries and may pause, skip, or cancel your upcoming subscription shipments at any time.
• How to cancel. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal, or by emailing care@nfete.com. Because sign-up is available online, cancellation is also available online through your portal, without any additional steps, in the same medium you used to enroll.
• Cancellation window. To stop your next scheduled order from processing, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. This gives us time to halt fulfillment before the order is prepared.
• Orders already processed. If a subscription order is charged before you cancel (i.e., a cancellation submitted inside the 48-hour window), that particular order is final and will be shipped; it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Your cancellation then takes effect for all subsequent billing cycles, and you will not be charged again.
2. Auto-Renewal Terms & Consent
At checkout, subscription customers are shown, clearly and conspicuously and before payment, the recurring nature of the protocol, the billing frequency, the recurring price, and how to cancel. Enrollment requires your afirmative agreement to these terms, and we send an acknowledgment you can retain that includes the cancellation method. We will provide any renewal reminders, disclosures, and acknowledgments required by applicable law, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law and the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA). Your enrollment reflects your afirmative consent to these recurring terms.
3. Responsibility
Our commitments under this Policy are good-faith commitments made by NFETE INC. as a company, and are not undertaken personally by its oficers, directors, founders, employees, agents, or contractors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility in connection with any subscription or this Policy is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned and does not extend to indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits or excludes any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including non-waivable consumer-protection rights.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws stated in the NFETE Terms of Service. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy is subject to the binding individual arbitration and class-action waiver set out in the Terms of Service, except where those provisions are prohibited by applicable law. Please review the Terms of Service for the full dispute-resolution procedure and any opt-out rights.
