Welcome to NFETE. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the NFETE website at nfete.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our nutricosmetic protocols and products. By accessing this Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
The products and claims made about specific products on or through the Site have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

The NFETE Protocol is developed by expert teams and formulators using clinical-grade ingredients; however, the information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for advice from your physician or other healthcare professional. You should not use the information on this Site for diagnosis or treatment of any health problem. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new diet, supplement, or nutricosmetic program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have an existing medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions
We offer our protocols as both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.

Automatic Renewal: By selecting a subscription plan, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. You explicitly authorize NFETE to automatically charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) at the current, non-promotional rate until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team at care@nfete.com at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before billing may take effect on the following billing cycle.

4. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site (including pricing and formula updates to our 29 bio-active nutrients) at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Site.

5. Intellectual Property
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of NFETE INC. and protected by international copyright laws. Trademarks, including but not limited to "NFETE" and "The science of celebrating you.™", may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the ingestible nature of our nutricosmetic protocols, all sales are subject to our Return Policy. Unopened glass bottles may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall NFETE INC., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or formulators be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
